My Story

As a young girl I repeatedly found myself listening to other people's problems and offering advice.  The role of counselor came naturally to me; but early on I began to feel depleted by these interactions.  My spiritual education taught me that I was responsible for creating these scenarios.

Growing up in an alcoholic family contributed to my early education about life.  Witnessing the struggles that consumed my mother, I quickly learned to develop my intuitive abilities in order to survive.  Her eventual recovery included reaching out to help others with alcoholism.  Her journey was the catalyst for my personal path of self-discovery.

Another defining moment came when I was initiated into Transcendental Meditation in my teens.  Meditation remains my primary spiritual practice which always keeps me connected to All That Is.
 
My Personal Beliefs

My personal beliefs have formed over many years of study, exploration and hands-on experience.  I have always known that my path as a healer has stemmed from previous incarnations.  Current training in this life has reawakened these natural healing abilities.

I feel strongly that we are all wired to heal ourselves.  As a practitioner, my role during healing sessions is to be a clear channel and create a safe space for the self-healing to occur.

Personal health reasons led me to this work.  An array of debilitating ailments plagued me for 7 years.  Western medicine suggested drugs and surgery, yet I wanted to avoid these routes at all costs.  Through my spiritual education, I discovered how to treat myself using these energy-based methods.  The process has unfolded at a perfect rate and has enhanced my spiritual journey. 

We are all spiritual beings living a human experience.  The heart of the human experience is the renewed opportunity to heal in each lifetime.  Clearing emotional blocks is essential to freedom, and that is where I can assist you.
